I am working for a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in mathematics and a minor in biology. I am getting mixed signals from school. The professor of the math department says it is a worthless degree. Counseling says there are several companies that will hire math and science degree people. The biology department seems to agree. Who is right? Is there any chance of a obtaining a job with a degree in math?
